At 3 Sided Cube, our focus is using Tech for Good. We’ve worked on some life-changing projects with some of our amazing clients such as The American Red Cross, UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) and the World Resources Institute, to name a few! 

We’re now looking for a Client Success Director to join us and identify (and win!) the best opportunities to help with our mission of changing millions of lives for the better. Whether it’s opening doors with amazing new prospects and clients at organisations we currently work with, or driving retention and income growth from our existing clients. 

As a Client Success Director, you’ll actively seek and secure new opportunities with the existing organisations we work with, identifying and networking with the right people to help open up more opportunities for us with existing clients. You’ll also ensure that we retain and renew all of our existing clients, whilst growing the value of each account.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (dependent on experience), with OTE of £55,000

Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid Working (minimum 1 day in the office per week, some travel required)

Let's talk about the day job...

  • Generating, nurturing and qualifying new opportunities against existing client accounts
  • Managing new opportunities through the sales pipeline 
  • Networking and pursuing proactive opportunities to build new relationships across our existing clients (there’s an expectation of some travel within the role)
  • Managing and negotiating all existing client contracts
  • Working with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to ensure that the product we are proposing is something that the client wants and needs to invest in
  • Developing strategic plans across the client portfolio in order to surpass net growth and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring that we retain and renew all existing clients by completing regular health checks, managing client expectations and through successful delivery of agreed (and realistic) outcomes
  • Acting as an escalation point for client service issues and sponsoring any remedial plans and actions
  • Sharing knowledge, insight and understanding of your clients and their businesses across the team and ensure all internal plans are aligned in order to deliver value
  • Supporting the development, communication, and implementation of effective client strategies across the Client Success Team
  • Leading and managing a high performing Client Success team, providing guidance to junior team members

What we're looking for...

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Experience of working within an agency environment would be preferred
  • Proven exceptional client servicing skills 
  • Outstanding networking and communication skills
  • Someone who is entrepreneurial and commercially minded
  • Experience delivering winning pitches at a senior level
  • Tenacity, with a drive to win
  • Brilliant problem solving skills 
  • The ability to challenge internally and externally in a positive way to achieve the best outcome
  • Strong team leadership experience through positive, proactive management and coaching 
  • Authenticity and integrity, with a passion for helping to make the world a better place
  • Accurate financial, commercial and CRM information and reporting
  • Background in the supply of Digital and/or IT/Development Services would be an advantage, but not essential

    • For this role we’d like you to be in the office at least 1 day a week however you can work remotely the rest of the time
