Working as a People Operations Manager at 3 Sided Cube is no ordinary gig. We need someone who can sniff out incredible talent and who can help our (already incredible) team keep on pushing their own boundaries. Because we use our collective skills to make Tech for Good and we are all on a mission to make the world a better place, having the best people is pretty important.

The right person for this role will love people. They’ll have a passion for using Tech For Good, be super organised and have the experience to know what to look for when we’re hiring. They’ll also be able to help a growing team develop their skills in relevant and engaging ways, and help to provide an awesome working environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s already got a bit of experience, so if you  looking for a new challenge and an incredible opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Salary: £27k+ (depending on experience)

Location: Bournemouth

The stuff you're already doing

  • Experience of working in a People Operations role or in a role with a focus on recruitment or training and development
  • Experienced in running an awesome hiring process
  • Passionate personal development advocate, creating training plans for a variety of teams
  • Experience in running recruitment campaigns and internship programmes
  • A good understanding of people policies and processes
  • Great organisation and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and to influence decisions
  • High levels of integrity, openness and approachability
  • A good understanding of the roles and teams within a digital agency
  • Successful background in a similar role

  • Self-starter who is happy working as part of a team but also sometimes running projects independently with autonomy
  • Experience of working within a digital agency environment
  • A passion for helping people improve using innovative methods

  • Developing and owning the recruitment process to attract the best possible talent
  • Managing the recruitment of students and graduates into Cube Academy, as well as being involved in the running of the Academy
  • Championing equality, diversity and inclusion through the recruitment process and throughout the organisation
  • Ensuring new Cubes and Cube Academy have an awesome onboarding experience
  • Working with Team Leads to ensure each person has a tailored and organised induction plan for their first 2 – 4 weeks
  • Supporting the Operations Director in reporting on and developing the metrics on which the team are measured
  • Working with the Team Leads to create training and development roadmaps for them and their teams
  • Organising and/or running internal training sessions
  • Taking a lead role in organising and planning 3 Sided Cube team events and wellbeing activities
  • Reporting on recruitment targets and people development activity to the management team.
