Do you love everything project management related, from the planning and spreadsheets, day-to-day delivery to the final release? Our project management team are gifted planners, organisers and problem solvers who are relied upon by us and our clients to make sure our platforms consistently make an impact.

At 3 Sided Cube, we only focus on Tech for Good projects. Our mission is to help change millions of lives for the better and we’ve worked with some amazing charities and organisations such as The American Red Cross, UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency), Lush and the World Resources Institute, to name a few!

We’ve kept growing ever since we were founded in 2009, and now we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for technology, software and saving the world, to join our amazing Project team.

Our main offices are based in Bournemouth but we promote flexibility in terms of where our team can work – you can work remotely however we’d want you to be able to come into the office for at least 1 day a week (it’s so much easier to problem-solve as a team sometimes!)

Let's talk about the day job

  • Managing complex technical projects, liaising with both external and internal stakeholders on project progress, managing expectations at all times and building relationships
  • Creating, communicating and staying within project specifics such as deadlines, budgets, timelines and success metrics
  • Recognising roadblocks early making quick, smart decisions
  • Planning and running sprints to ensure the project work is split up into manageable pieces of work for the teams
  • Working alongside the Client Strategy team to maximise opportunities within our existing client base and applications
  • Contributing to proposals – developing specifications with the team, defining scope and expected deliverables and working with Client Strategy  to make them a reality
  • Organising and running workshops to help us and our clients work collaboratively

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced digital environment. Experience of working within an agency environment would be preferred.
  • Experience of delivering medium to large-scale technical software projects with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements. 
  • Strong understanding of PM methodologies
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (including JIRA)
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and to influence decisions, challenge processes and negotiate to get to the best solutions
  • The ability to organise, drive and empower cross-functional teams
  • Practical experience of Scrum methodologies
  • An active interest in new and innovative technologies and all things digital
  • An organised, proactive individual who loves a challenge

  • Salary – £35,000-£50,000  dependant on experience
  • Remote Working
    • For this role we’d like you to be in the office at least 1 day a week however you can work remotely the rest of the time
    • We offer a remote working budget to help you get set up and we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need to work from home
  • Flexible Hours 
    • You can start your day anytime between 8 and 9:30am and finish between 4:30 and 6pm – just make sure you complete your working day!
  • Holiday 
    • 23 days of holiday with an additional day for each year of service up to 28 days
    • We shut down over Christmas so everyone can take a well-earned break
