Project Manager

You'll get to work alongside our design and development team to make sure our Tech For Good projects, apps and digital platforms perform at their best and save lives when our communities need them the most.


Manage projects which make a difference in the world

Our PM team are talented organisers and strategists who are relied upon to make sure our platforms and projects run smoothly and consistently make an impact.

The right person for the role will have a knack for making stuff happen. They’ll have a passion for using Tech For Good and the ability to build relationships with the right balance of technical and commercial understanding.


Salary: £25k+ (depending on experience)

Location: Bournemouth

The stuff you're already doing

  • Experience of delivering technical projects
  • A good understanding of PM methodologies
  • Great organisation and planning skills
  • Experience in client account planning 
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and to influence decisions and negotiate to get to the best solutions
  • Successful background in a similar role
  • The ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • An active interest in new and innovative technologies and all things digital
  • A passion for helping clients create the product that will make a difference to people’s lives

What makes you extra special?

  • Experience of working within a digital agency environment
  • Experience in delivering work for clients and large organisations
  • Practical experience of Scrum methodologies
  • Previous experience or interest in software development or testing

Let's talk about the day job

  • Manage technical projects of varying complexity
  • Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders on project progress, managing expectations at all times
  • Create, communicate and stay within project specifics such as deadlines, budgets, timelines and success metrics
  • Recognise roadblocks early making quick, smart decisions
  • Do whatever it takes to make sure that every release is awesome, representing the very best in us and the client
  • Work alongside the Commercial team to maximise opportunities within our existing client base and applications
  • Feed into Commercial proposals – developing specifications with the team, defining scope and expected deliverables and working with the Commercial Team to make them a reality.
