Sales and Marketing Administrator

We are looking for someone that can help us use data and technology to reach more people who want to use Tech For Good.

If you have a fantastic attitude, are a self-starter who is experienced in using CRMs and data to support marketing and sales, then this could be the role for you! Direct experience in using Hubspot would be a pretty great bonus.

Package: £22,000+ depending on experience. 

Location: Bournemouth/Remote

• Currently working in a CRM or data-related marketing role
• Handling data and setting up processes using CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
• Supporting on aspects of the sales process, including helping with qualifying and nurturing new leads
• Communicating with leads to organise new business meetings
• Running outbound email and marketing campaigns
• Supporting all sales and marketing activities
• Comfortable reporting on marketing campaigns and sales activity

• You have direct experience in working with Hubspot
• You are passionate about producing high-quality work
• You’re a bit of a data whizz
• You’re super-organised
• You’re an excellent communicator
• You have some knowledge of GDPR
• You’re great with people
• You are a collaborative team player.

• As the Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for looking after and maintaining our CRM. 
• You’ll be supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver on aspects of the marketing strategy
• You’ll be supporting the Head of Commercial in qualifying and nurturing leads through the sales process
• Your time will be split between organising our marketing data, helping make sure new enquiries are picked up and handled with brilliance as well as getting involved with our marketing campaigns and activities
• You’ll be working across the Marketing and Commercial teams to spot opportunities too.
