Senior Client Strategist

At 3 Sided Cube, we build digital platforms with global organisations, charities and movements, to make change happen. Over the past decade we’ve worked with some of the world’s leading impact-focused organisations: from the American Red Cross (where our blood donor app has resulted in 10 million appointments being booked over the course of 10 years!), the United Nations and the World Resource Institute to name just a few! 

We’re now looking for an ambitious and strategic individual to join our Client Strategy Team. In 2021, we worked with 33 clients, implementing 54 projects that were available across 87 countries in 55 different languages! From projects centered around health and wellbeing, to climate action and protecting our forests – 2021 was a busy year for us! And 2022 is looking to be even busier with many new and exciting projects on the horizon.

By joining us as a Senior Client Strategist, you’ll use your proven expertise in building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities, to help support our existing clients and deliver exciting projects that align with our mission of creating life changing technology with global impact.

• Proactively driving and delivering new projects with our existing clients
• Owning the sales process from inception to completion, working independently where necessary but also supporting project and delivery teams
• Developing strong and sustainable relationships with clients
• Delivering strategic client account plans whilst showcasing a thorough understanding of clients’ markets 
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Putting together proposals, ideas, RFIs and pitches as well as leading client-facing workshops and interactive project sessions
• Supporting and managing incoming sales pipelines

• 2+ years experience in Client Services, Account Management or Project Management, ideally within an agency environment
• Experience in driving and delivering new projects and opportunities
• Excellent networking skills, including being able to create and nurture relationships with people at all levels of business
• Confidence in leading creative and technical conversations
• A high level of commercial awareness 
• Exceptional presenting skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and events both internally and externally
• A solid understanding of financial targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box in order to create high impact solutions to complex problems
• Experience working within the technology or software industry would be ideal, although not essential

• Salary – £40,000-£50,000+ based on experience
