Our project management team are gifted planners, organisers and strategists who are relied upon by us and our clients to make sure our platforms consistently make an impact.

The right person for this role will be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for technology and software. They will have a track record of delivering large-scale software projects, and experience in working with projects that have complex security and infrastructure requirements.

Salary: £34k+ (depending on experience)

Location: Bournemouth/remote

The stuff you're already doing

  • Experience of delivering large-scale technical software projects
  • Proficient in Atlassian tools (including JIRA)
  • Strong understanding of PM methodologies
  • Experience in working with complex data, security and infrastructure requirements 
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels and to influence decisions, challenge processes and negotiate to get to the best solutions
  • Successful background in a Senior Project Management role
  • The ability to run workshops and gather client requirements
  • The ability to contribute to proposals and commercial activities
  • The ability to organise, drive and empower cross-functional teams
  • An active interest in new and innovative technologies and all things digital
  • A passion for helping clients create the product that will make a difference to people’s lives

  • Manage complex technical projects
  • Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders on project progress, managing expectations at all times
  • Create, communicate and stay within project specifics such as deadlines, budgets, timelines and success metrics
  • Recognise roadblocks early making quick, smart decisions
  • Do whatever it takes to make sure that every release is awesome, representing the very best in us and the client
  • Work alongside the Commercial team to maximise opportunities within our existing client base and applications
  • Contribute to proposals – developing specifications with the team, defining scope and expected deliverables and working with Commercial to make them a reality
  • Organise and run workshops to help us and our clients work collaboratively
