We build mobile apps that have millions of users all over the world, and we need an insanely brilliant Support Manager to ensure these life-saving apps are working perfectly and running as efficiently as possible.

You will oversee the Support function within our Production team – triaging any issues that are raised and working with the team to manage support releases to ensure that our clients are happy with the level of service and quality of products.

Salary: £25k plus, dependent on experience

Location: Bournemouth / Remote

The stuff you've already got under your belt

  • 1+ years experience working in a digital/technical environment
  • A good understanding of how to manage SLAs and budgets
  • Experience with managing multiple stakeholders (Internal and external) 
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing your own time and prioritising tasks

The stuff that puts you ahead of the pack

  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in testing software
  • Experience of release management
  • Experience with scheduling and resource management
  • A strong technical understanding and knowledge of technical terminology

Let's talk about the day job

  • Daily review & triage of all issues raised through the support portal
  • Review and management of tickets within JIRA
  • Timely and accurate communication with clients to give status updates on any issues raised (verbal and written) 
  • Work with clients, developers and testers to troubleshoot issues 
  • Management of developer / testing resource in the Production schedule
  • Budget and SLA management across products  
  • Maintenance and administration of Support Contracts 
  • Coordinate with Project Management team on Support releases
  • Monthly reporting into the Management Team on Support KPIs
