Like many organizations, the pandemic triggered a massive program of change for mental health charities. The way these charities operated for years, had to change, and charities needed to act fast to ensure people could access the mental health support they so desperately need.

This is where technology comes in! By adopting new digital tools and practices, these amazing charities could continue to do what they do best – support people on their mental health journey.

But that is easier said than done.

Rich and Gabby were keen to talk to the experts and hear from those working in mental health about their experience adopting and adapting technology within their organizations to support their communities.

So that is exactly what they did! They opened up the webinar on this incredibly important topic by spotlighting how vital mental health services are and some of the technology being used to help users on their well-being journey. But they wanted to delve in further and brought in a superstar panel, all working in mental health, to share their lived successes and challenges of utilizing different technologies.
