Charlene is a highly accomplished Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries including Technology, Investment Banking & Markets, Marine and Motor. She is a pragmatic leader who brings to the table an incredibly wide and rich range of experiences, on which she draws upon to design and implement tailor-made HR practices. She is passionate about everything People within the business and is a ball of positivity and energy, always finding the bright side even in the gloomiest situations, which is incredibly reassuring for anyone working with her. And ... take care: her smile and laughter are infectious :-) She is originally from Cheshire (Northerner) but now has made the New Forest her home. She loves to travel and to run / wobble when she can! She is also a qualified hypnotist but only uses it for laughs with friends!
