3 Sided Cube named best mobile app development company (again)
The glitterati of the mobile industry descended to the capital for the much anticipated UK App Awards 2018. We donned our finest attire for the ceremony and were delighted to be acclaimed as UK Agency of Year, for the second year in a row.
Hosted at the glamourous Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel, the UK App Awards celebrates and rewards excellence in apps developed in the UK. Eighty of the countries finest development, design, and tech companies gathered for the display of the best work produced over the last twelve months.
The nineteen categories awarded on the evening ignited our passion for Tech For Good. We love work that makes a difference, and our peers were displaying some excellent examples of how tech can be life-changing. Congratulations to every agency who took home a gong and all those nominated for producing some truly inspirational work.
We design and code, so our clients can change the world.
To be named the top UK mobile development agency wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our clients who work with us to have an impact on the world. This year we have continued to help fight natural catastrophes with the GDPC and our disaster preparedness apps, empower RSPB to put the power of their nature and environment conservation app into the hands of their supporters and reached a milestone of 30,000 daily users for The American Red CrossBlood Donor App.
3 Sided Cube picked up the award for ‘UK Agency of the Year‘ in the medium-sized category, (agencies with 11-50 team members), a huge congratulations to Brightec who scooped the small category (up to 10 team members) and Apadmi who took home the large (51-100 team members) category award.
Finalists in Best Health & Fitness App Development
As well as being bestowed with one of the big three awards, CUBE were finalists in the Health and Fitness App of the Year category, for our O2 Touch Rugby App created for England Rugby.
Although we didn’t win (well done to Nutracheck who pipped us to it) it’s great to have been a runner-up and to be recognised for the sports app that has helped to bring communities together, get people inspired to play contactless rugby and helped to increase participation at O2 Touch centres across the country.
