In a move to combat deforestation, Global Forest Watch approached us with the idea of putting data in the hands of rangers and communities. Forest Watcher lets users monitor areas and submit evidence of deforestation in the areas they care about the most.

American Red Cross
When The American Red Cross reached out to help them combat diminishing blood donations across the US, we flew out to New Jersey and visited a blood bank to find out how and why people made donations. One pint of blood can save up to three lives, and with banks running at an all-time low, the project couldn't have been more timely or important. We learnt that the lack of convenient appointments, personalisation and rewards where all major barriers donors were facing.
With over 1,000 employees, 18,000 volunteers and 1,000,000 members, RSPB needed a way to strengthen their presence on digital and give their community a new way to get behind their cause. To validate a solution we worked with the RSPB team to develop a series of prototypes, bringing different ideas to life. Testing these designs with users in the real world and leveraging the feedback to inform a mobile app that helped them achieve their goals.
