A collaborative workshop where we work with our clients and users to quickly and thoroughly define what the success of a project looks like to us, our clients, and our users.
We believe it is important to figure this stuff out from the offset of a project, so we are all aligned on the same goal.
Out the back of our Measures of Success workshop, you will get a set of three to five measurables that will guide the success of your app from a business perspective and from the perspective of your users.
What’s most important to your business? Impact? Reach? ROI?
In the first stage, we explore what each different goal and objective means to your wider business goals and direction you’re brand is trying to move in.
Thinking about the less obvious metrics and breaking down top-level goals into the real reason WHY we are doing them.
This way we can prioritise elements and estimates to ensure that everything we plan fits into the bigger picture and has a specific and measurable impact towards long-term growth and strategy.
What do your users want to gain out of their experience?
The second stage involves stepping into your user’s shoes and discovering which elements of a project offer the most value to them.
It’s crucial to understand the bigger picture and consider how their experience with your brand or platform fits into the rest of their lives.
Only by doing this can we effectively find out not what they think they need, not what they want, but what they actually need.
How can your long-term business goals align with your user’s best interests?
In the final stage, we integrate the two measures of success to find the golden path in developing projects which add value to everyone.
More often than not this leads to prioritising goals and setting objectives which can ensure you achieve your vision while improving the lives of your users.
By aligning the two goals we can make sure that every stage and milestone in the project will have the most impact.
